View Detail Course Information

Description

This screen is part of the References subsystem and provides access to Detail Course Information for a specific course Offering. The Training Calendar ‘Detail Course Information Screen provides part of the Training Calendar functionality and is accessed from links provided by the listing links on the Training Calendar Home Page under the REFERENCES heading or from its General Course Information Entry/Edit document. The Detail Course Information screen is displayed listing detailed course information for each course.

The ‘Detail Course Information (view mode) screen can be accessed by the general public as well as registered ECMS Training Calendar Administrators.

Fields

Field Name	State	Description
Course Name	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Course Name.
Month	Protected – Read Only	The tentative month the class will be held. Note: Displays only if course is Tentative.
Year	Protected – Read Only	The tentative year the class will be held. Note: Displays only if course is Tentative.
Start Date	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the starting date for this course offering.
Start Time	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the starting time for this course offering.
End Date	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the ending date for this course offering.
End Time	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the ending time for this course offering.
Class Size	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the class size for this course offering.
Vendor	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Vendor for this course offering.
Trainer	Protected – Read Only	This field displays who the Trainer will be for this course offering.
Class Location	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the location name and address where the class will be held.
Phone Number	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the phone number to call for the class location.
Directions	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Directions to the class.
Directions File	Protected – Read Only	This field displays a Directions File to the class. When the user clicks the link the directions file will open.
Dress Code	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Dress Code for the course offering.
Meals Provided	Protected – Read Only	This field displays whether or not meals are provided for the specific course offering.
Comments	Protected – Read Only	This field displays optional comments about the specific course offering.
Behavioral Study	Protected – Read Only	This field displays whether or not a Behavioral Study will be performed after course offering completion.
Registration Deadline	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the last date users may register for the specific course offering.
Cancellation Deadline	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the last day cancellations will be accepted for the specific course offering.
No Show Information	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Text: “Organizations with no-shows will be back charged $XX per Student” where XX is the dollar amount being back charged. This text only appears if there is an amount that will be back charged for no shows.
Accommodations	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the name and address of available accommodations for attendees.
Phone Number	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the phone number to call for accommodations.
Reservation Deadline	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Reservation Deadline for the accommodations.
Cancellation Deadline	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the Cancellation Deadline for the accommodations.
Reserved Under	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the name of the person who reserved the block of rooms.
Business Partner Participation	Protected – Read Only	This field indicates whether business partners may participate in this course offering.
Available Openings	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the number of available openings in this course offering for Business Partners.
Registration Deadline	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the last date business partners may register for the specific course offering.
Registration Cost	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the registration cost for business partners for the specific course offering.
Contact	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the contact name and address for the specific course offering.
Contact Phone Number	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the contact phone number for the specific course offering.
Contact Fax Number	Protected – Read Only	This field displays the contact fax number for the specific course offering.

Actions

Action	Description
Click BACK button	When the user clicks the BACK button, the previous screen is redisplayed.
Click EDIT button	When the user clicks the EDIT button, the general course information is displayed in edit mode. Note: This button is hidden unless the user is logged into the ECMS system as an ECMS Training Calendar Administrator
Click Delete button	When the user clicks on the Delete button, a confirmation message is displayed for the user to verify deletion of the selected course and all associated detail records. Delete occurs if the user verifies their decision. Note: This button is hidden unless the user is logged into the ECMS system as an ECMS Training Calendar Administrator
Click the General Course Information Link	When the user clicks on Location link, Course Details for the selected course offering will be displayed.
