Letting Schedule

<H2 class=form>Description</H2>
<BLOCKQUOTE>The Letting Schedule screen is a report that summarizes the anticipated letting schedule of future PENNDOT contracts for the current year. The schedule contains project location data, an estimated cost range, and the earliest anticipated let date. The programming logic to produce the report output is handled entirely within MPMS (Multi-Modal Project Management System) and the report is produced by the Program Management Center. ECMS supports a link to the formatted report from the navigation bar within the standard ECMS browser frameset. To view the Letting Schedule, the user selects the “Letting Schedule” link from the navigation bar.
<P><BR>The Letting Schedule is a read-only report that is stored in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) format, a widely used file format for sharing documents across diverse computing environments. All ECMS users that require view capability to the report should have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed locally on their workstation or accessible from a file server location. Should the user’s machine not be configured with the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, a hyperlink on the Letting Schedule menu screen is provided to download the software from the Adobe Corporation web site. In this scenario, the user must have either appropriate workstation rights to perform the download and install the software, or they must contact their system administrator to establish a proper configuration for viewing the letting schedule.<BR></P></BLOCKQUOTE><BR>
