<BLOCKQUOTE>The Remove EDMS Document function is part of the Common Functions and is used to remove the link to a document housed in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) from an ECMS screen.
<P><BR>Security allowing the user to attach, remove, or view EDMS documents is controlled by the ECMS screen. Authorized users access the Remove EDMS Document function by clicking the REMOVE button on the ECMS screen. Description

The Remove EDMS Document function is part of the Common Functions and is used to remove the link to a document housed in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) from an ECMS screen.

Security allowing the user to attach, remove, or view EDMS documents is controlled by the ECMS screen. Authorized users access the Remove EDMS Document function by clicking the REMOVE button on the ECMS screen. Step-by-Step Directions

User Action Result

From the ECMS screen, click the REMOVE button. The link to the EDMS document is removed.

Click the SAVE or the SAVE&EXIT button on the ECMS screen. The screen is saved.
Note: If you do not save the screen, the EDMS document link is not removed.
