PMS/MPMS Reference Management

<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen is part of the PMS/MPMS Reference Management subsystem that is used to create, retrieve, update and delete a PMS Reference number. PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen allows the user to enter a PMS Reference number for a part. The PMS/MPMS Reference Management is accessed by retrieving the agreement root record, clicking on the “Subordinate Records” Tab, highlighting the PMS Reference folder under the associated part, and clicking the “ADD” button for a new PMS Number, or “RETRIEVE” for an existing PMS Number.

Action Description
Note: The following identifies all possible buttons that may appear for this screen. However, they may not ALL appear, depending on the sequence of events and whether a PMS Reference Number already exists.
Save When the user clicks on the Save button, the PMS Reference will be saved to the database and the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with the fields pre-filled with the information entered.
Cancel When the user clicks on the Cancel button, any information entered will NOT be saved to the database and the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with all fields unchanged.
Search When the user clicks on the Search button, the Search Criteria for PMS screen will be displayed for the user to search other agreements and PMS Reference numbers.
New Entry When the user clicks on the New Entry button, the PMS Reference screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number field enabled for the user to enter a new PMS Reference number.
Edit When the user clicks on the Edit button, the PMS Reference screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number enabled for the user to edit.
Delete When the user clicks on the Delete button, a message box will appear to confirm that PMS Reference number should be deleted. After the user confirms the delete, the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number field blank.
