Note: The following identifies all possible buttons that may appear for this screen. However, they may not ALL appear, depending on the sequence of events and whether a PMS Reference Number already exists. |
| Save |
When the user clicks on the Save button, the PMS Reference will be saved to the database and the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with the fields pre-filled with the information entered. |
| Cancel |
When the user clicks on the Cancel button, any information entered will NOT be saved to the database and the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with all fields unchanged. |
| Search |
When the user clicks on the Search button, the Search Criteria for PMS screen will be displayed for the user to search other agreements and PMS Reference numbers. |
| New Entry |
When the user clicks on the New Entry button, the PMS Reference screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number field enabled for the user to enter a new PMS Reference number. |
| Edit |
When the user clicks on the Edit button, the PMS Reference screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number enabled for the user to edit. |
| Delete |
When the user clicks on the Delete button, a message box will appear to confirm that PMS Reference number should be deleted. After the user confirms the delete, the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be re-displayed with the PMS Reference Number field blank. |
